Q:   Where do I mail my payment?
A:   If you have a major credit card, you can pay your fees online and have our payment posted to your account within 48 hours.

If you are mailing a check, please allow 3 days for processing in addition to postal delivery time. Include your Project or Contract identification number on the check and make your check payable to your Association.

Q:   When is my payment due?
A:   Payments are due annually on January 1 of each year.

Q:   Can I pay by check over the phone?
A:   No, but we can take Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card payment over the phone or you can pay with a credit card by visiting https://www.wyndhamvacationresorts.com/fwpayments.

Q:   What credit cards do you accept?
A:   Visa / MasterCard / Discover / American Express

Q:   If I pay by credit card, how long must I wait before I can make reservation?
A:   To make your reservation, please call 1-888-273-2554 option 1, and a vacation counselor will be able to take your payment via credit card over the phone and you can make reservations immediately.

Q:   Can I prepay my Maintenance Fee dues? How far in advance? How much do I pay?
A:   Yes, prepayment of dues is required for certain reservation transactions such as Future weeks. You can pay the current years rate and you will be billed any difference on the next assessment date. You may contact a Customer Service Representative at 888-273-2554 for assistance.

Q:   How do I know the amount I paid in property taxes?
A:   Your annual bill that is mailed in November will have the tax amounts at the top of the statement. It is based upon unit type.

Q:   At what date will I be charged a late fee?
A:   Late fees are incurred on any balance owed at 15 days from the due date. Every 30 days, interest is applied.

Q:   At what date is an account sent to collections?
A:   Accounts are turned over to collections at 60 days past due for any balance owed.

Q:   Can I make payment arrangements if I cannot pay all at once? Will late fees still apply?
A:   Yes, payment arrangements are possible by calling 1-888-273-2554, option 1. Late fees and interest will no longer incur on the account from the point it is placed in payment arrangement. Payments must be made in full within 3 months. Please note that reservations cannot be confirmed until the balance is paid in full. You may contact a Customer Service Representative at 888-273-2554 for assistance.

Q:   Why do I not receive a notice before my account is turned over to collections?
A:   You will receive a Final Demand letter approximately 60 days from the due date advising you that if the account is not paid you will be sent to a collection agency. Penalty fees are applied to the account and you have 20 calendar days from the date on the letter to pay. If the balance is not paid, a lien charge is applied to the balance and the account will be turned over to a collection agency.

Q:   Where do I call if I have been turned over to collections?
A:   You would need to contact the number on the collection notice you received.

Q:   Who can I talk to about getting the late fees waived?
A:   Your Association does not allow for late fees to be waived.

Q:   What is ARDA? Am I required to pay the ARDA ROC fee?
A:   The American Resort Development Association (ARDA) is a Washington DC based trade association representing the rapidly growing segment of the leisure industry dealing with development, support management, and acquisition of the vacation resorts and clubs. The ARDA ROC fee is optional.
